Mimaki Appoint Target Transfers as There Preferred Partner to Distribute the Cjv30 Series in the UK
Target Transfers a GroupeSTAHL company and the current leader in the Heat Applied Textile Decoration Industry has added the Mimaki CJV30 Series of print and cut machines to it’s extensive range of products. The line up consists of the CJV30-60,100,130 and 160 models all which come with a free take off roller fitted as standard plus 8 x 440ml of ink and a free two year warranty.
The Braintree based company specialises in the distribution and manufacture of heat applied wide format, A4 and A3 print and cut media, along with manufactured transfers and CAD-CUT® textile Vinyl Film for garment decoration.
The Mimaki’s CJV30 is suitable for printing applications such as outdoor vehicle graphic vinyl, canvas prints, banners, posters, back-lit displays and textile decoration. In conjunction with the CJV30 Target have launched a revolutionary new material, “Print and Cut RAPID” is an instant dry quick turnaround garment decoration product which allows the user to Print, Cut and heat applied in seconds.

The Mimaki CJV30 range can print up to resolutions of 1440dpi at speeds of up to 17.32sqm an hour. It is available in four sizes ranging from 60mm widths up to 160mm with prices starting from £9,500 plus VAT.

SS21 SOLVENT INK – The CJV30 Series prints with fast drying solvent ink that does not peel when cut. Also run perfectly with ES3 ink.
HIGH SPEED FOR FAST DELIVERY – Capable of printing up to 17.3m2 (540×720dpi, 4 colours). The symmetrical ink cartridge arrangement enables detailed, high quality image generation even with bidirectional printing.
AUTOMATIC MEDIA CLAMP FUNCTION – The number of pinch rollers and their clamp pressures can be set from the RIP software, and the pinch roller pressure is adjusted automatically to suit the media. This enables unattended operation without manual intervention.
HIGH DETAILED VIVID IMAGES – CJV30 can print upto 1440dpi with three different sizes. Graining is eliminated, even in 4 colour mode.
ACCURATE CONTOUR CUTTING – Continuous cropmark detection recognises registration marks, even with a laminated print.
UNINTERRUPTED INK SUPPLY – When a cartridge runs out, another automatically begins to supply ink. Cartridges can be changed during printing and therefore can facilitate overnight printing.
