MW2 has a better SP (although short) and has a pretty good multiplayer (although unrealistic),
BC2 has a better multiplayer (vehicles) and a pretty good singleplayer.
I Currently own both on the PS3 and i have to say BC2 is better from playing it. It is more fun, more addictive.
BC2 has a higher level of detail when it comes to graphics but a terrible framerate.
Even though MW2 has a lot more online players, bad company 2 has dedticated servers (except on Xbox live) meaning it will find a game quickly and never lags.
It’s all a matter of personal opinion.
