Are there any print shop programs compatible with windows vista?
Happy user of Broderbund Print Shop since 2004 on my XP. Just purchased a new computer with Vista preloaded … can’t use any of the software I used on XP. I need a print program that allows me to create letterhead, brochures, business cards and labels (text and graphics for my products). Is there any creative printing software out there for Vista users?
It all depends on what version of printshop you have. There are update versions available that will work with vista. Broderbund have a support website (listed below) for you to check to see if there is any solution to your problem with your particular version #. If there is no solution then you may have to buy an updated version.

mac vs pc or windows?
if I load the mac with windows programs does it increase the macs chances of getting a virus, spyware, adware? I need alot of memory for photographs graphics applications also if I want to download can I because I have had windows98 and xp and upon downloading the requirements always mention some windows qualifications? my xp crashhed and kept saying low memory, we dumped everything that could be dumped and ran the disk defrag and all that and no go. it the mac hacker proof?
Hi. I’m having trouble understanding your post.
Basically there are many programs that will not run on a mac that run on a PC if they are formatted specifically for the PC. These files can be executables and other such file types that are not able to be read on your mac.
If you’re talking about pictures and music and word files and such then it’s no problem! The mac uses a different operating system so the same viruses that plague the PC do not affect the MAC so you do not have to worry about ‘transfering viruses’.
