Looking for a good graphics editor that will easily allow specific abilities. Any Ideas?
I am use to using Paint Shop Pro but need to pass some duties off to other, ‘untrained’ individuals. I need software that will permit the user to perform the following functions:
Full image resize (by percentage);
Canvas (white space) resize (by pixels),
rope and expand
cut, paste & crop
rotate
add text.
It would be nice if it had a browse feature but that is not necessary. Thank you!
