Which is the Better graphics card?
I have just got GTA IV and its too slow because i have only a 7200 gs graphics card(6-7 fps got from benchmark test).I am planning to buy a new one.Which one I need to play at least on medium settings.Also include the price in Indian Rupees.
Other configuration- Amd Athlon 64*2 4000+(over clocked to 2.6 Ghz).2 GB of Ram.160 GB Sata HDD.
ATI RADEON HD 4350 512MB DDR2 PCI Express Graphics Card
This card is $69.99YUSD – 3,413.41 Indian Rupees at best buy. I used to be an Nvidia fan, but when I switched to ATI there is no going back.
This card will be more than enough, I have the radeon x1650 and it does great on the high intensive games. This card is a newer version than mine so I know it will work just fine. I have provided the link below.

Overclocking Quadro FX 3700M did not work!
have tried to overclock the Quadro FX 3700M but that didn’t worked for me.!! Maybe I have done something wrong, since I don’t have the deep knowledge about an overclocking. I am expecting some help for the overclocking Quadro FX 3700M that didn’t worked.!! I have tried to do lot of things like changing the clock-rate and other things but nothing had helped me. So please help me to sort out this problem.

I do not necessarily put on OverClock of 920xm because it already works extremely well of origin. But if the overclocking is possible, I try just out of curiosity. By cons, side graphics card I think I can easily mount frequencies. Considering the fine print, the current temperatures and the margin on the supply side through the transformer 240W, I hope to frequencies of a GTS 250 (738/1100/1836). According to the site of nVidia , the GTS 250 will consume 105W, that would imply an increase of 5W what seems perfectly within the reach of this QuadroFX 3800M.

GeForce 197.13 drivers available in beta for two weeks are in fact now certified by Microsoft WHQL. Apart from the digital signature, no other changes have been made by the new Nvidia 197.13 drivers generic, the main improvements are a reminder, support for GeForce chipsets 300 and Next Generation ION (ION 2) but also a substantial improvementperformance in several video games including SLI mode. Note that neither the GeForce 197.13 drivers or the version 197.25 beta that is newer is not compatible with DirectX 11 GPU GeForce GTX 470 and GeForce GTX 480, which just announced by Nvidia.

Ati Radeon HD 4890
It seems that 9800 GX2 beats the other two in MOST benchmarks. But they are DDR5 which should make them faster, right? They also consume less power. Which one OF THESE would you recommend all things considered? Money is no object. I just want performance.

it doesnt mean that if the benchmark is higher it may not be significantly better. e.g.

but if i were i would go for 4870/4890. because the ddr5 stuff wont make it faster.
just remember this small fact if you dont know this already. your computer will runas quick as the slowest componnent.this component is usually the hdd. but overall the ram you have at the most is ddr3. along way off ddr5. hence it wont make that big a difference. go for ati 4890 if you want . but if money is no object to you then go for ati 5970(the neew radeon card) or nvidia gtx 295 if yoou really want performance with no though for money. other wise go for 4890.
make sure your rig is balanced. go for all decent not 1 component great and almighty and the rest mediocre.
