if the AGP graphics card 128mb of video ram what size should i set the AGP aperture?
I think it is also 128. I have had mine accidentally set wrong before and noticed no ill effects or differences.

I need to update my BIOS. Product Name : P5S800-VM — Manufacturer: NEC — Please help!?
I’m looking to update my BIOS because I’ve been told by my graphics card manufacturer to set my Aperture size from 128 to 256.
The string at the bottom of the boot-up screen is

And the Diagnostics tool I’ve downloaded has said this…

I’m not sure what to do to update my Bios to be able to change my aperture size from 128 to 256, as currently, it has a maximum of 128.

If not, where can I get the file I need?
And how do I update the BIOS to the latest version without my computer going “AAAAH!! HELP! YOU’VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG! >_< I'm not going to work now."
That motherboard uses the Sis 661FX chipset that has the integrated Mirage graphics. By design, its aperture is limited to 128MB. No amount of BIOS upgrade can increase it to 256MB (beyond design parameters).
That motherboard has an AGP graphics expansion port. Simply installing an AGP card would do wonders to your PC’s capability.
