Does anybody know a good graphics program I can download? I want things like brushes and blogs and other cool things to edit some pictures.
I use one called GIMP it is very much like PhotoShop and is free.

Unfortunately I don’t now any freeware programs, of the type that you are in need of.
The program I would like to suggest is Flash a macromedia program available at www.macromedia.com

It is somewhat user friendly, You’ll first need to do the tutorials and then you will be well on you way.
It’s a lovely program and very versatile you could do very simple easy animations in absolute no time, Less than 5 minutes flat by using tweening and a variety of other functions.
you don’t need to create an animation from scratch you could simply import you images from where ever store them in the library and go from there.
If you are more adventurous you could some really hardcore animations also.
