I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 on my computer. I’m really into Editing / And making Desktop Wallpapers. I was wondering if there was a site where I could download Add-Ons for the program? Such as Plugins, Different Brushes, Updates, New Graphics, Etc.

Google for Photoshop Elements brushes, shapes. You will find many that are available. But what you really need is “masks”. Masks are a powerful feature that is missing from Elements.
